Obiettivi formativi
Introduzione
La Tesi di Laurea rappresenta un passo importante per lo studente, un’opportunità per affrontare autonomamente un problema e risolverlo attraverso l’utilizzo di capacità intellettive complesse.
L’elaborato di tesi è un’occasione formativa che consente lo sviluppo delle capacità di:
1. impostare e gestire una strategia di ricerca bibliografica;
2. revisionare criticamente la letteratura;
3. progettare e sviluppare protocolli e piani di assistenza a partire dall’analisi del contesto e dalla descrizione del problema o percepito di partenza;
4. produrre, anche collaborando ad altri progetti, risultati originali;
5. analizzare e discutere criticamente i risultati in relazione alla letteratura ed agli obiettivi.
Il percorso per arrivare all’elaborazione della tesi è complesso, differisce significativamente da quello utilizzato per affrontare gli esami durante il Corso di Laurea:
lo studente si trova spesso in una condizione di difficoltà nell’organizzare il lavoro, nonostante il supporto che riceve da parte del docente Relatore della tesi.
A partire da tali presupposti l’attività si propone di fornire allo studente strumenti utili per ideare e progettare l’elaborato di Tesi di Laurea.
Obiettivo generale:
Lo studente avrà l’opportunità di sperimentarsi nell’ ideazione e progettazione di un possibile percorso di Tesi
Organizzazione dell’attività
L’attività prevede due incontri. La prima lezione in plenaria dove verranno forniti elementi utili per l’elaborazione di un progetto di tesi attraverso: il richiamo di contenuti teorici affrontati nei corsi del 1° e 2° anno, l’effettuazione di simulazioni ed esercizi propedeutici e la discussione partecipata dei risultati ottenuti. Al termine della prima giornata verrà dato agli studenti un mandato da discutere nel secondo incontro.
Nella seconda giornata, attraverso l’utilizzo della didattica a piccoli gruppi, verranno analizzati i mandati prodotti dagli studenti con la finalità di fornire indicazioni utili all’elaborazione di un percorso di tesi.
Introduction
The dissertation represents an important step for the student, an opportunity to independently tackle a problem and solve it through the use of complex intellectual skills.
The dissertation is a training opportunity that allows the development of the skills to:
1. set up and manage a bibliographic search strategy;
2. to critically review the literature
3. to design and develop protocols and care plans starting from the analysis of the context and the description of the starting problem or perception
4. to produce, also by collaborating in other projects, original results
5. analysing and critically discussing the results in relation to the literature and the objectives.
The pathway to the elaboration of the thesis is complex and differs significantly from the pathway used to tackle examinations during the degree course:
the student often finds himself in a difficult position to organise the work, despite the support he receives from the lecturer thesis supervisor.
On this basis, the activity aims to provide students with useful tools for devising and designing their dissertation.
General objective:
The student will have the opportunity to experiment with the conception and design of a possible dissertation.
Organisation of the activity
The activity comprises two meetings. The first lesson will be a plenary session in which useful elements will be provided for the development of a thesis project by means of: recalling theoretical contents addressed in the 1st and 2nd year courses, carrying out simulations and preparatory exercises and the participative discussion of the results obtained. At the end of the first day, students will be given an assignment to be discussed at the second meeting.
On the second day, through the use of small group teaching, the assignments produced by the students will be analysed with the aim of providing useful indications for the development of a thesis pathway.
